Consumer Agreement
Before we will ship you ammunition, we will need your ID and ammunition statement on file. You may use the page on the site (some restrictions for local) mail it in or e-mail it in. If you e-mail it in it must be in either .jpg or .gif format and may not exceed 1MB in size. Acceptable forms of ID are any government issued identification (i.e. drivers license, military ID, law enforcement ID, passport, or FFL). The ammunition statement is simply the following written or typed and signed: “I am over 21 years of age
and there are no laws prohibiting me from owning or buying ammunition.” You may also e-mail us the following statement: "I am over 21 years of age, and there are no State or Federal laws prohibiting me from buying this ammunition. My State issued ID number is _________; this is my virtual signature." CA residents must mail or e-mail a copy of their actual license or other offical ID, ammunition will not be sent to any other address than that which is listed on the ID. Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Reed's Ammunition & Research ships merchandise to locations within the United States from the website. We ship only non-ammunition items to AK and HI.

Sales Tax
Reed's Ammunition & Research charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. We only charge sales tax on orders shipped in the State of Oklahoma

Return Policy
All returns must have an RMA#. Please e-mail the order number, description, and reason for return. All canceled orders will be charged a 25% re-stock fee (Not applicable for out of stock items). Any damaged items will be replaced or refunded if the error lies upon RAR. Items damaged during shipment will be processed in the fashion of the common carrier. Items used by the customer and damaged are not subject to return or replacement. You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed herein. Reed's Ammunition & Research reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. All order are subject to a shipping and handling charge. Returns (undeliverable or change of address) Items returned as undeliverable or improper/changed address will be subject to a return fee charged by the common carrier as well as a re-shipment fee based on the address given at time of re-shipment. Items not collected by customer will be held for 90 days from time of notice to customer at no charge. Items in excess of 90 days are forfeit and will be returned to common stock. It is the customer's responsibility to notify RAR, LLC of any change in address status prior to shipment of goods.
